By accessing or using the Gillya SaaS platform ("Service"), provided by Gillya ("Provider"),

you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gillya provides AI-powered chatbot solutions for businesses, enabling automated customer interactions,

CRM integrations, and lead management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

Services are billed on a subscription basis. Payments are processed securely via WayForPay.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. Failure to pay may result in immediate service suspension.

Important Disclaimer:

AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for critical use.

All automated responses should be reviewed by a human for high-stakes business decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GILLYA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine,

without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms

will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
