Refund Policy

At Gillya, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our AI chatbot services.
However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a refund policy as described below.


2. Eligibility for Refunds


You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • The service has technical issues that we are unable to resolve.
  • You have been charged in error.
  • You haven't used the service extensively.

    To request a refund, please contact our support team at
    support@gillya.com with your order details and the reason for your request.

    We will review your request and process it within 5-7 business days if approved.


    4. Exceptions


    Refunds are not available for subscription renewals if you failed to cancel before the renewal date,
    unless required by applicable law. Partial months are not refunded.
